Forza Realty Inc. launched its active Brokerage status in July of 2001 by becoming a fully licensed member of the Canadian Real Estate Association, the Alberta Real Estate Association, the Real Estate Council of Alberta, and the Calgary Real Estate Board respectively. Based in, and serving all of Calgary and its outlying areas, Forza Realty Inc is comprised of two generations of real estate history and experience. As a successful real estate team, Rob and Marianna, along with their assistant Jamie, compliment each other by always having someone competent available to address their client’s needs and concerns 24 hours a day. Being a smaller firm has enabled their team to stay true to there roots, so that all of their clients are represented with the highest level of integrity, dedication, professionalism, ethical business practice, and strong family values, which helps them to reach maximum results that benefit their clients.

As a very Proud and involved Father of 3 beautiful kids, Rob began his Real Estate career in the summer of 1998. Formerly in the construction business, his in depth knowledge of residential construction proves to be an asset and continues to be an important tool in aiding him to educate his clients about new home and resale home construction. In just his second year of real estate, Rob became a member of the Calgary Real Estate Board’s coveted MLS Million Dollar Club and also a member of the Re/Max 100% Club, the organization’s 2nd highest annual achievement award. In the summer of 2001, Robert upped his level of education of the real estate industry and became a Licensed Real Estate Broker heading up Forza Realty Inc.'s new business venture. His strong marketing skills and innovative creativity continue to successfully steer-head the company through the ever changing real estate industry.

Marianna Sikorsky

Marianna has had a long and illustrious career in the real estate industry. Since becoming a licensed agent back in 1979, she has continuously proven herself to be a real estate mogul by repeatedly earning her place as an MLS Million Dollar Club Member, an annual award given out by the Calgary Real Estate Board in recognition of being a top producer, by being invoked into the Re/Max Hall of Fame in 1989 for exceeding the million dollar mark in paid commissions while with their organization, and placing in the top ten for the city of Calgary & Western Canada on more than one occasion. Today, Marianna continues to strive for excellence and continues to be an asset to both the real estate industry, and the public with which she deals.
