What can I expect from a Property Inspection?
The Property Inspection is a professional, objective visual examination of the building and all major systems of the home. During
an inspection, potential problems are identified and positive
aspects of a property are highlighted. Through out the inspection you
are educated about the technical systems and how to operate and maintain them. A
property inspection is not an appraisal, a municipal code inspection, or a guarantee of any kind.
They are not intended to point out every small problem or defect in
a home because minor or cosmetic flaws should be apparent without
the aid of a professional Property Inspector.
